Workshops on Green Entrepreneurship in High Schools start in the framework of the GreenTecLab project
Throughout this week, the training sessions of the Greenteclab Project have started in vocational training and secondary schools in the city of Cadiz.
The workshop dealt with Entrepreneurship and Employment towards Ecological Transition, within the framework of the GreenTecLab Project being carried out by the Institute for Promotion, Employment and Training of the City Council of Cadiz.
Tackling the climate and biodiversity crisis is a defining task for this generation, and a just and equitable ecological transition is necessary.
To contribute to the ecological transition, activities must be promoted that enable the decarbonisation of the economy and the protection of ecosystems and natural resources, increasing their resilience.
Initiatives related to the circular economy, sustainable mobility, renewable energies, energy efficiency, agroecology and degrowth, among others, contribute to achieving this ecological transition.
This new reality offers ample opportunities for the creation of new employment niches and innovative careers.
